Terms & Conditions of pr555

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pr555 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pr555 does not permit access to, or participation by, any individual under the age of 21 under any circumstances. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
• Jurisdiction: The pr555 Platform is directed primarily at players resident in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pr555 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pr555 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.
• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who are legally incapable of forming binding agreements — including those under guardianship or those subject to court-ordered financial restrictions — are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one pr555 Account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Exclusion Lists: Individuals who have self-excluded from pr555 or any other gaming platform administered by pr555's operators are not eligible to register a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period.

3 Account Registration

To access pr555 services, you must create an Account. The following rules govern the registration process:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify pr555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• pr555 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed without notice. Any Wallet balance associated with fraudulently registered accounts will be forfeited.
• pr555 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pr555 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• pr555 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by pr555's payment processor. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within seconds; bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–3 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed and the associated Account suspended.
• pr555 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pr555 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the pr555 Account. pr555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing any withdrawal, pr555 may require the Member to complete KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change. pr555 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours from the time of approval, subject to the payment method selected and the operating hours of the relevant financial institution. pr555 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible.
• pr555 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected terms violations. Members will be notified of any such delay.
• Any Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pr555 may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Members. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable turnover multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses apply to real-money wagers placed on eligible games only. Certain games — including but not limited to specific live casino tables, jackpot slots, and sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are issued per Member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same Bonus multiple times through different accounts or payment sources constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonuses and suspension of the Account.
• pr555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Bonus has already been credited to a Member's Wallet, any applicable wagering requirements at the time of crediting will remain in effect.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• pr555 reserves the right to withhold or void Bonus winnings obtained through strategies that pr555 determines, at its sole discretion, to constitute Bonus abuse, hedging, or low-risk wagering patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming participation.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the pr555 Platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, sportsbook markets, togel draws, and card-game rooms — are subject to their respective game-specific rules, which are published within each game's interface or help section. The following general principles apply across all game categories:

• All outcomes for random-number-generator (RNG) games are determined by certified, independently audited RNG systems supplied by internationally licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. pr555 does not interfere with, modify, or influence game outcomes.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing or spinning processes under the supervision of certified croupiers and monitored by independent auditors.
• Sportsbook odds are set by pr555's trading team and are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the agreed odds are locked. pr555 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure.
• In the event of a disconnection or platform outage during an active game session, pr555's systems will apply a documented round-completion procedure. Where a game round cannot be completed, the relevant wager will be refunded to the Member's Wallet. pr555 is not liable for losses incurred due to third-party network interruptions outside its control.
• Any wager placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, money laundering, or in violation of these Terms will be void. pr555 reserves the right to reverse any winnings arising from such wagers.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pr555 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to access, interact with, or wager on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing anomalies to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members, pr555 employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or wagering results.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to pr555 at any stage — during registration, KYC, or in any communication with pr555 support.
• Using the Platform in any manner that is unlawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service where such access is used to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pr555 employees or customer support representatives in any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pr555 Platform — including but not limited to the pr555 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pr555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works based on any pr555 content without prior written consent.
• Framing, mirroring, or scraping any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Commercial exploitation of any pr555 content, game data, or odds information.

Any unauthorised use of pr555 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

9 Privacy & Data

pr555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pr555 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and pr555 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

pr555 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers acting on pr555's behalf (such as payment processors and identity verification services) under strict data-processing agreements.

10 Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pr555 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or errors caused by third-party systems, including payment processors, internet service providers, or game studio servers.
• Errors in published odds, game pay-tables, or promotional terms resulting from data feed failures or typographical errors, where pr555 reserves the right to correct such errors and void affected wagers.
• Any losses incurred as a result of your account credentials being compromised due to your own failure to maintain their confidentiality.
• The conduct of third-party game studio software, the integrity of which is the responsibility of the respective licensed provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pr555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all cases where pr555's liability is not fully excluded, pr555's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

pr555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A request by the Member to self-exclude under pr555's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Extended Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly inactivity fee as specified in the cashier section, after reasonable notice has been provided to the Member's registered email address.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance (net of any active Bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification has been completed.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which pr555 operates. pr555 operates under an international gaming licence and is not subject to the domestic gaming regulatory framework of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to pr555's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. pr555 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pr555's internal process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

pr555 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pr555 will notify registered Members by posting a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address on file.

Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
